Frequently Asked Questions

Will I be charged when my trial is up?

No. We don’t ask for your credit card up front, so you’ll only be charged when you decide you’re ready. Be sure to add your credit card and upgrade to a paid plan before the trial ends to continue enjoying your subscription.

Is there a minimum commitment?

You have the option on the Seller and Teams plans to pay for the quarter up-front or to pay for the year (annual) up-front where you get two months free. Both the options come with a 12-month minimum commitment.

Business plans are customized to your needs and begin with a 12 month commitment.

You can start a no-commitment 14-day free trial of BuzzBoard Ignite today before committing to a paid plan.

Can I cancel at any time?

Our plans come with an annual contract. You can cancel anytime within your contract period to avoid auto-renewal. However, you will be required to stay with us until the end of the year you initiate your cancellation.

What type of support is available?

All our users (trial and paid) have access to our knowledge base, in-app chat and email support. We pay special attention to onboarding and training to help you get started quickly for both prospecting and closing deals.

In addition, users in our Teams and Business plans also get access to our premium telephone support. Users of the Business plan also get a dedicated Customer Success Manager to help you along.

What happens if I hit my “profiles added” limit?

BuzzBoard’s pricing is designed to scale with the size of your business, so we suggest that you purchase a plan that fits your level of use. This means purchasing enough profiles to match your prospecting needs. So while we don’t charge ‘overage fees’ for profiles, if you expect your prospecting needs to grow over time, you’ll need to upgrade to a higher plan to match that growth as it occurs.

How do I add additional user(s)?

You can easily add a user from within the application. All of our prices listed at the top of the page are on a per user basis and apply to additional users added for your respective plan.

If you need more than two users, you will need to upgrade from Seller to Teams. On Teams, you will need to start with 3 user seats and then add additional users as your team grows.

Once you need over 10 users, then contact our sales team to customize the Business Plan for your unique needs and to unlock enterprise-ready features.

How do I switch to a different plan?

You can switch to a new plan at any time by going to the subscription section within the application and selecting the plan you’d like to switch to.
